Inspection Rights:
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to promptly inspect the items. If you identify any issues such as damage during transit, incorrect shipment, or defects due to faulty material or workmanship, please notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Failure to do so within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the goods.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept unauthorized returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition (unworn or unused), with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, use a shipping method with tracking information. Please note that items on sale, gift cards, and damages or losses caused by customers are non-returnable.

General Return Procedure:
Initiate a return by contacting [email protected], providing images and/or videos of the items, and your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Fees:
If the return is due to our error, a full refund will be issued. However, if it is due to the buyer’s preference or ordering error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Some return reasons may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and Concerns:
Inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if any issues arise. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Exchanges:
For expedited exchanges, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the desired item once the return is approved.

Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if the parcel has not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Refunds:
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method, with processing and posting times varying depending on the payment method used.
